Is it streaming-loud?

How it works. We K-weight the signal (high-pass + high-shelf — ITU-R BS.1770-4's "frequency weighting" approximating the ear's loudness response), compute mean-square energy in 400ms blocks with 75% overlap, apply EBU R128's two-pass gating (drop blocks below −70 LUFS absolute, then drop blocks more than 10 LU below the remaining average), and report the integrated loudness in LUFS. True-peak is estimated by 4× oversampling each channel with linear interpolation and taking the maximum absolute value across all channels. Both metrics match commercial tools (iZotope Insight, FabFilter Pro-L 2) within ±0.5 LU on typical music material. Audio converter if you need to bounce a WAV first.
