The one carve-out is per-render AI we pay a third party for on every use (currently scoped to AI Cover Art and Suno-style Demo Vocal when they launch). Those ship as a pay-per-use add-on for every tier — including Lifetime — because bundling per-render cost into a one-time price would crater the deal in month 12. If we ever sunset the app (we won't, but if), Founders get a full refund.

Apple handles refunds via their standard process — open the receipt email or visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days. After 14 days Apple usually still grants refunds for legitimate reasons.
